A convict who escaped from a Wisconsin prison is believed to be in the South Bend area. 23 year old Phillip Burton Jr. escaped from prison in late November, where he was serving a sentence for armed robbery and theft. Burton is around 5 feet 9 inches tall and is Hispanic or Native American. He is reportedly driving a gray 2002 Ford Escape with a Wisconsin license plate. Burton is considered to be dangerous.
