An Argos woman could be facing charges after dumping a dog on the side of the road. It happened last week when police say Kim Paul decided that she no longer wanted her dog and went to the Marshall County Humane Society only to be told they were full and could not accept the animal. It was a short while later that a man returned to the shelter with the same dog, saying he found it on the side of the road near his home on 19th Rd. The man said had watched Paul drop the dog and leave and was able to help police locate her. She admitted to abandoning, Lily, a Terrier Mix, who is currently being cared for by authorities.
