A woman who suffered serious injuries after being hit by a drunk driver has filed a lawsuit, but not against the driver. Rachel Neal is suing iAB Financial Bank because she claims that before the accident, its employees helped Gabriel Biddle change a tire in the parking lot and allowed him to drive away while intoxicated, that according to The Journal Gazette. Biddle later slammed into Neal's vehicle at Maplecrest and Evard, and Neal believes that bank employees could have prevented the incident. Documents say Biddle was driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.52. A hearing is scheduled for January 5th.
